摘 要:针对当前土木工程建筑中用到的钢管混凝土结构存在钢管与混凝土脱空率较高,不能有效发挥出钢管和混凝土的优势这一核心问题,结合某工业建筑中钢管混凝土配合比研究,优化考虑了钢管与混凝土之间的黏结行为,采用了基于C60混凝土作为基本材料,进行了配合比的优化研究,获得了一类优化的配合比数据。经过实际工程的检验和力学试验分析,表明此类配合比满足工程需求,具有强度高、填充性能好、收缩率低等优点,对于在同类钢管混凝土工程中运用,有重要的工程价值。The experimental investigation of a optimizing mix design,which was in the background of a industrial building with concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST), has been done and their cohesive behaviors has been optimized based on the fundamental materials which include C60 concrete while considering that there are lots of disengaging between the tube and concrete in CFST in current civil engineering structures so that the advantages of CFST could not effectively be shown in practice.Then a lot of relatively optimized data of mix design have been obtained and analyzed.Finally, according to the analysis of examinations and basic mechanical experiments in fields, it is shown that the CFST with above optimizing mix design will meet the demands of practical engineering such as high strength, high filling capacity, low shrinkage.All these researches are important for the same engineering application of CFST in future.
