摘  要:目的系统评价尿酸与阿尔茨海默病之间的关系。方法由两名研究者独立检索Pub Med、EMBase、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库中尿酸与阿尔茨海默病病例对照研究的有关文献,检索时间自文献收录始截止至2016年2月,并进行质量评价。Meta分析采用Stata 12.0进行。结果共纳入27篇文献,研究对象共4 402例,其中阿尔茨海默病病例1 480例,对照2 922例。结果显示阿尔茨海默病患者尿酸水平低于对照组,SMD=-0.52(95%CI:-0.96^-0.08;Z=2.30,P=0.022<0.05)。Egger’s回归检验显示无发表偏倚(t=-0.76,P=0.457>0.05);敏感性分析显示结果比较稳健。结论尿酸可能是阿尔茨海默病的危险因素。Objective To systematically review the association between uric acid and Alzheimer's disease. Methods Two partners independently retrieved the case - control studies on the association between uric acid and Alzheimer's disease through PubMed,EMBase,Wanfang Database, Chongqing VIP database and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database. The criteria were that the articles must be published until February 2016, and the literature quality assessment was conducted. In this meta- analysis, stata 12.0 software was performed. Results In total, 27 studies with 4402 participants met the eligibility criteria,which included 1480 cases and 2922 controls. The results of the meta- analysis showed that the level of uric acid in patients was lower than that in control,and SMD = -0. 52 (95% CI: -0.96 - -0. 08;Z =2.30,P =0. 022 〈0.05). In Egger' s test,the results did not present published bias (t = -0. 76,P = 0. 457 〉 0. 05). It revealed that the results were robust through sensitivity analysis. Conclusion Uric acid might be the risk factor for Alzheimer's disease.
