摘 要:针对相邻线路逐级闭锁的井下防越级跳闸方案,不能根据短路故障点的位置自动地调整闭锁时间的不足之处,提出了基于RT-Ethernet的井下自适应闭锁防越级方案,分析了自适应闭锁原理和自适应闭锁时间。实验室条件下,搭建基于RT-Ethernet的井下防越级系统,对自适应闭锁防越级方案的闭锁性能进行研究。结果表明,该系统能根据故障点的位置自动地调整闭锁时间,减少故障持续时间,使离故障点最近的综保器在最短时间内发出跳闸命令,该防越级方案对井下供电系统的安全运行具有重要的理论价值。To make up the deficiencies of step by step atresia scheme which can not automatically adjust the atresia time according to the position of the fault point, an adaptive atresia anti grade trip scheme in mine coal based on RT-Ethernet is put forward, and the principle of adaptive atresia and the time of adaptive atresia are analyzed. Under the condition of laboratory, an anti grade trip system of coal mine based on RT-Ethernet is built and the performance of adaptive atresia anti grade trip scheme is researched. The result shows that this system can automatically adjust the atresia time according to the position of the fault point, reduce the duration of fault, make the compositive protector which is closest to the fault point send out the trip order in the shortest time, This anti grade trip scheme has the important theoretical value for the safe operation of mine coal power supply system.
