摘 要:与单源CT(电子计算机断层扫描)相比,双源CT(DSCT)能较好地提高医疗效率,但尚缺乏公认的质量控制方法,这影响其高效应用。通过检测加权剂量指数(CTDI_W)、层厚、空间分辨力、密度分辨力等性能参数探讨DSCT的检测方法。通过对南华大学附一医院的某DSCT进行上述检测,发现双源CT的A、B两套系统可以独立检测,A、B放射源具有同效性。双源同时扫描时的辐射剂量是两个单源的辐射剂量叠加。在同等的辐射剂量指数CTDI_W情况下,A、B两套成像系统的性能参数不一致,不能简单地像单源CT一样对待。Dual-source CT (DSCT) serves better than single source CT( computed tomography), but there is a lack of consensus standards for the quality control of DSCT, which affects its efficient application. The quality control of DSCT is discussed by detecting the performance parameters of CT dose index weighted(CTDIw), lay- er thickness, spatial resolution, density resolution and so on. All these detections are carried out on a DSCT in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, it can be founded that the A, B two radioactive sources of DSCT can be detected independently, and both radioactive sources work with similar efficiency. When the two radioactive sources run, the radiation dose equals approximately to the sum of A and B systems. For the same CTDIW, the performance parameters of A and B systems are inconsistent, so DSCT should not be managed as single source CT for convenience.
