摘  要:对采煤机单个截齿进行受力分析,用软件Matlab进行编程,模拟井下的一种复杂的工作状况,利用程序文本,生成滚筒瞬时负载曲线,再模拟不同滚筒转速和牵引速度下截齿的受力情况,并将其施加给采煤机滚筒刚柔耦合系统,分析了各情况下截齿的应力情况。研究表明:该采煤机的牵引速度应控制在2~3 m/min之间。考虑到采煤机截割效率、煤块煤率和齿耗,滚筒转速应选择较小的91.1 r/min。Analyzing the force of coal winning machine single cutter tooth, a complex downhole working condi- tions is simulated by using the software of Matlab. Using the program text to generate the instantaneous load curve of drum, and then the force of their teeth under the different drum speed and traction speed is simulated, which is applied to shearer drum of the coupled system, the stress of each teeth is analyzed. Research shows that the shearer traction speed should be controlled between 2 -3 m/min. Considering the cutting efficiency of coal winning machine, coal lump ratio and tooth loss, drum rotational speed should choose a smaller 91.1 r/min.
