摘 要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备基体致密、表层多孔含油的双层复合铁基含油材料,用HDM-20端面摩擦磨损试验机评价其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,改变表层中TiH_2的含量可以实现孔隙率的变化,有效改善润滑性能,适宜TiH_2的含量可满足复层材料力学性能和润滑性能的平衡;在较高负载工况时,复层材料润滑性能较单层烧结材料好,且随着表层厚度的增加,摩擦系数先降低后升高,当表层厚度占材料总厚度的50%时,复层材料的承载能力最高,摩擦磨损性能最好。Double layer iron-based composite materials with dense matrix and porous oil-bearing surface were prepared by powder metallurgy method.The friction and wear properties of the materials were investigated on an HDM-20 tribo-tester.The results show that changing the TiH_2 content in the surface layer of the materials can realize the change of porosity,which can effectively improve the lubrication performance.And adding proper amount of TiH_2 content can meet the balance of the mechanical property and the lubricating property of the multi-layer material.In the higher loading condition,the lubrication performance of the multi-layer materials is better than that of single layer sintering materials,and the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increasing of surface layer thickness.When the surface thickness is 50% of the total thickness,the bearing capacity of the multi-layer materials is the highest,and the friction and wear properties are also the best.
