摘  要:采用OM、TEM、和全自动相变仪等实验手段,研究了不同冷却速率和中间处理温度对微合金化耐火钢中铁素体的影响。结果表明:将冷却速率控制在10~30℃/s时,组织中均匀地分布着大量的针状铁素体,其平均宽度约为1μm。组织中的针状铁素体的板条束以平行态存在。终冷保温处理可以使Nb、V的碳氮化物进一步析出,将实验钢在600℃保温300 s,材料的组织为粒状贝氏体和细小的针状铁素体,但随着中间处理温度的升高,针状铁素体的板条束呈现宽化趋势,且数量下降。The effects of different cooling rates and intermediate treatment temperature on formation of acicular ferrite in Mo-Nb-V fireresistant steels were studied by means of OM,TEM and LINSEIS L78 RITA quenching dilatometer system.The results show that when the cooling rate is controlled at 30-10 ℃/s,the uniform distribution of a large number of acicular ferrite is observed,and its average width is about 1 μm.The lath beam of acicular ferrite are parallel to each other in the microstructure.The final cold heat treatment can make the Nb and V carbon nitride precipitate further.The microstructure of the tested steel is fine granular bainite and acicular ferrite after holding at 600 ℃ for 300 s.But with the increasing of intermediate treatment temperature,the lath beam of the acicular ferrite has a tendency to widen,and its amount decreases.
