摘 要:采用模拟油轮货油舱上甲板环境的腐蚀实验装置,研究了低合金船体钢在模拟防爆气体(SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2)气、模拟原油挥发气体(H_2S+N_2)以及两者混合存在条件下的腐蚀行为差异。分别研究了实验钢在不同气体中腐蚀速率、基体腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物的形貌及物相组成。结果表明,模拟防爆气体SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2造成的腐蚀量远大于模拟原油挥发气体H_2S+N_2,其在整个上甲板腐蚀过程中占主导地位。在H_2S+N_2气体中实验钢的腐蚀产物为单一的FeS,在SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2环境下腐蚀产物为α-FeOOH、Fe_2O_3、FeSO_4,而在两种气源混合通入条件下,锈层中除了上述产物外,含有10%的单质硫,表面光滑的块状单质硫大量分布于锈层的剥离面上,能够促进锈层发生剥离。Corrosion behavior of a low alloy steel in simulated inert gas( SO_2,CO_2,O_2 and N_2),simulated volatilizing gas( H_2S and N_2)and the mixed gas( SO_2,CO_2,O_2,H2 S and N2) was investigated with the simulated corrosion test apparatus for upper deck of cargo oil tank of crude oil tankers.Corrosion rates,corrosion morphology of the matrix,morphology and phase composition of the rust in the different kind of corrosive gases were investigated,respectively.The results indicate that corrosion rate in gas B( SO_2,CO_2,O_2 and N_2)is much higher than that of the sample in gas A( H_2S and N_2) and slightly lower than that of the sample in the mixed gas( gas A and gas B),corrosion caused by the gas B is dominant.Corrosion product in the gas A contains single FeS,corrosion product in the gas B is composed of α-FeOOH,Fe_2O_3,and FeSO_4,corrosion product in the mixed gas contains all the rust phases above,and also contains 10%elemental sulfur,a considerable amount of massive elemental sulfur distributes in the rust exfoliation interface,this can promote the exfoliation of inner and outer layers of the rust.
