我国体育传统项目学校的管理现状分析:成效、问题与对策

摘　　要：体育传统项目学校是体教结合的典范,以往在青少年体质健康促进和竞技体育后备人才输送方面发挥着重要作用。通过文献资料调研、专家访谈和问卷调查等研究方法,分析我国体育传统项目学校管理取得的成绩与问题,其中,存在的主要问题有:1)当前有些国家政策影响了传统校的发展;2)在合作发展传统校方面,存在体育部门一头热的情况;3)当前的传统校竞赛制度还不健全;4)传统校的项目结构不合理;5)各地的工作开展情况差异较大。对此提出了一些建议:1)出台传统校扶持政策;2)完善传统校各项工作;3)坚持普及与提高并重的原则;4)推动各省、市大力开展传统校工作和科学规划传统校规模;5)科学规划传统校规模,合理实施项目布局。Chinese traditional sports school is a good model of combination of sports and education, it plays an important role in promoting teenagers ＇ physique and delivering sports reserve personnel. This paper applies method of literature review, expert interview and questionnaires to analyze the achievements and problems of China＇ s traditional sports school management. The main problems are as follow., some current government polices affect the development of traditional sports schools; phe- nomena that only sports department have enthusiasm in a cooperation exist; the competition regula- tions are not complete in traditional sports schools; traditional sports school＇ s structures is not reason- able work in different areas are not in the same page. Finally, this paper puts forward following sug- gests： firstly, introduce support policies for traditional sports school. Secondly, complete traditional sports schools work and insist the principles of popularization and promotion. Thirdly, encourage cit- ies and provinces to launch traditional sports school, scientifically plan the schools scale and reason- ably execute projects arrangement.
