摘 要:设计并制作一种恒力绳,依据力学原理建立受力后的形变模型,将其用作悬网绳,构建一种新型乒乓球恒力绳球网装置,并根据实验及所建模型计算并分析乒乓球作用力、球速及恒力绳牵引力等对球网网沿弹性形变的影响及恒力绳牵引力的合理值范围。结果表明,当恒力绳牵引力一定时,恒力绳及网沿的弹性形变量随作用力及球速的增大呈近似正比增加;在保持形变量恒定的情况下,随着乒乓球作用力及球速的增大,恒力绳牵引力呈二次方增加。综合分析,恒力绳球网装置实际应用时铅坠质量应调控在3.0~5.0 kg之间。该装置可实现球网拉紧程度的统一,有效缓解使用过程中网沿的松弛,并进行实时调整。In this paper, a constant-force rope was designed and manufactured, and its deformation models were established based on mechanics principle. The rope was used to replace the traditional hanging rope, and novel table tennis constant-force rope device was equipped. According to experi- ments and the models established, the effects of action force and speed of table tennis ball and trac- tion force on deformation of the net edge, and reasonable range of the traction force were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the deformation of the constant-force rope and net edge propor- tionally increased with increasing the action force and speed of the ball for a given traction force of constant-force rope. Keeping the deformation constant, the traction force of the constant-force rope increased squarely with the increase of the action force and speed of the ball. In a comprehensive anal- ysis, practical mass of the lead plummet could be controlled in 3.0-5.0 kg for application of the de- vice. The device could make the deformation and tensed degree of the net edge constant, prevent the net edge relaxed and adjust the net in time in the competition.
