摘　　要：赫鲁晓夫时期的苏古关系是冷战时期最引人注目的国家关系之一。厘清该时期苏古关系的发展历程,总结出双方关系运行和演变的规律及其影响因素,不仅有助于深刻理解古巴革命胜利后为何舍弃美国而选择苏联,以及苏联采取哪些措施赢得了古巴的追随等问题,而且对认识和把握当前错综复杂的国际关系具有重要的现实意义。通过对赫鲁晓夫时期苏古关系的演变过程及其影响因素分析,可以得出这样的结论:处理好苏古关系中涉及对方核心利益的问题,是推动两国关系发展的内在动力;美国因素是推动苏古关系发展的重要外部原因。The Soviet-Cuba Relations during the Khrushchev period was one of the most remarkable relations in the Cold War. Clarifying the evolution of Soviet-Cuba relationship during this period and summarizing the law and its influential factors not only contributes to a better understanding of the reason why Cuba chose the Soviet Union instead of the U.S. after the victory of Cuban revolution and what measures the Soviet Union took to win Cuba as follower. Besides, it is of great practical significance to understand and grasp current complicated international relations as well. By analyzing the evolution and its influential factors during the Khrushchev period, this article draws such conclusion： dealing well with each other＇s core interests within Soviet-Cuba relations is an intrinsic impetus to promote their relations; the factor of the U.S. is an important external cause in promoting the development of their bilateral relations.
