摘　　要：新形势下,党员领导干部马克思主义信仰培育正面临内外双重挑战,探究造成信仰培育难的原因,可以为有效解决该难题指明方向。通过分析问卷调查得来的数据可以发现,外部挑战的"难题"无法避免,但可以警钟长鸣并随时预防;内部挑战的"难题"不断涌现,但可以通过常抓不懈来不断增强党员领导干部马克思主义信仰。The internal and external challenges exist in cultivating the party cadres＇ Marxist faith under the new situation. This paper intends to analyze the reasons and find out an effective solution to the problem. Through analyzing the survey data obtained by empirical methods, we come to a conclusion that we can stay alert and take precaution against the problem although external challenges are inevitable; we can make persistent efforts to cultivate the party cadres＇ Marxist faith although internal challenges continue to emerge.
