摘　　要："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念是指挥棒、红绿灯,它不仅指导经济社会的发展,而且对军队政治工作的创新发展也有着重要的指导意义。推进军队政治工作创新发展,崇尚创新是第一动力;注重协调是内在要求;倡导绿色是重要任务;厚植开放是必由之路;推进共享是根本动力。The new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green ideas, openness and sharing are guidance for our practice. It not only guides our economic and social development, but also has important guiding significance for the innovation and development of military political work. Advocating innovation is the first force for driving the development of military political work. And for the innovation and development of military political work, focusing on coordination is the inner requirement, advocating green conception is an important task, fostering openness is the only way of development, and promoting sharing is the fundamental motive.
