市级医院门诊药房药物咨询情况分析

摘　　要：目的评价门诊药房药品咨询服务实施情况,科学指导患者合理用药,为进一步做好临床药学服务工作提供参考。方法选取683例记录完整的门诊患者咨询记录进行比较分析。结果药物咨询对象女性占58.71%,男性占41.29%;咨询内容主要为药品用法用量咨询占28.99%,药物相互作用咨询占20.79%,药品不良反应咨询占18.45%,医保咨询占14.20%,药品成分及规格咨询占7.91%,适应证咨询占7.03%,药物保存咨询占1.46%,其他咨询占1.17%;咨询涉及的疾病最多的是焦虑抑郁症(28.99%),其次是睡眠障碍(21.23%);咨询涉及的药物最多的是抗抑郁药(37.19%),其次是抗精神分裂症药(27.38%)。结论门诊药房开展药物咨询对于提高药学服务治疗具有重要意义,药师应该努力提高自身理论水平,充实药学知识,应加强药学服务,总结经验,进一步做好门诊药房用药咨询服务,使患者按科学、合理的用药方案正确用药。Objective To evaluate the service of drug consultation,to direct the rational use of drugs,and to provide a reference for further improvement in clinical pharmacy services.Methods Completed consultant records of 683 cases seeking medical advice from January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed and compared.Results Of all the subjects for drug counseling,females accounted for 58.71% and males 41.29%;the major contents for counseling included dosage and administration （28.99%）,drug interaction （20.79%）,adverse drug reaction（18.45%）,medical insurance （14.20%）,drug components and specification（7.91%）,indication （7.03%）,drug storage（1.46%）and others（1.17%）;anxiety and depression（28.99%）were the major diseases for counseling,followed by sleep disorder（21.23%）;antidepressants（37.19%）were the major drugs for counseling,followed by schizophrenia drugs（27.38%）. Conclusions It is significant to provide drug consultation for promoting drug service and treatment.To be competent in drug consultation service in outpatient department,the pharmacists should work hard to enhance their theoretical level,enrich pharmacy knowledge, strengthen pharmacy service and sum up experience,to guide patients to have a more scientific and rational therapeutic regimen.
