封闭负压引流技术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者使用封闭负压引流(VSD)技术治疗的效果。方法选择我院烧伤整形科Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的患者33例,随机分为负压组17例和对照组16例,负压组清创后使用封闭负压引流技术治疗,同时加强护理,对照组采取每日换药的方法,换药时剪除坏死组织,采用油纱覆盖创面。结果负压组在创面愈合时间上较对照组更短(P<0.05),在第7天以及第14天,创面分泌物检测阳性率更低(P<0.05)。结论负压组治疗压疮,可以有效控制感染,促进创面基底部新鲜,缩短病程,提高治疗效果。Objective To fect. Methods 33 cases investigate stage Ⅲ of burn and plastic and Ⅳ patients using vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） treatment ef- surgery in our hospital stage were randomly divided into negative group of 17 cases and 16 cases in the control group, negative group after debridement using vacuum sealing drain- age technique in the treatment of at the same time, strengthen the nursing, control group take the method of dai- ly dressing, dressing cut off the necrotic tissue, using gauze to cover the wound. Results The wound healing time of negative pressure group was shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. On the seventh day and the fourteenth day, the positive rate of wound secretion was lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The negative pressure group can effectively control infection, promote the basal fresh, shorten the course of disease and improve the therapeutic effect.
