摘  要:目的:探讨超声弹性成像声触诊组织定量(VTQ)分析技术在慢性肾病(CKD)患者临床分期和早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取180例住院治疗并行超声引导下肾组织活检证实的CKD患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。应用VTQ技术测量观察组患者肾实质剪切波传播速度(SWV),并与对照组进行比较。结果:观察组患者肾脏实质SWV值与临床分期无相关性(F=2.113,P>0.05)。将观察组患者VTQ结果与对照组血肌酐检测结果进行对比,观察组患者VTQ检测阳性率显著高于对照组血肌酐检查阳性率。结论:超声弹性成像VTQ技术能够客观量化地反映肾实质组织弹性硬度变化,有助于早期诊断CKD,但肾实质SWV值与CKD分期无相关性。Objective: To investigate the application value of virtual touch quantification in the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods: 180 cases with chronic kidney disease were selected to be treated with ultrasound and renal biopsy and divided into observation group and control group, each with 90 cases. The patients in the observation group were given shear wave velocity(SWV) by VTQ technology, comparing with the control group. Results: The SWV value had no correlation to patient's CKD stages(F=2.113, P〉0.05). The VTQ results of CKD group and serum creatinine results were compared, and CKD patients with VTQ positive rate was significantly higher than the positive rate of serum creatinine. Conclusion: VTQ technology, which can reflect the change of tissue elasticity of renal parenchyma, was helpful for early diagnosis of chronic kidney disease, but there was no correlation between the SWV value of renal parenchyma and the CKD stage.
