摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗设备供应商再评价的方法,提高医疗设备管理的规范性和有效性,以促进医疗设备的合理使用。方法:选取新购进1年期内单价>10万元的医疗设备,根据戴明循环(PDCA)管理方法,基于供应商评价的特点,制定供应商再评价细则,建立新购进医疗设备的供应商再评价方法。结果:实施医疗设备供应商再评价方法与评价细则后,通过每月一次的监测分析和提出的改进措施,有效发现和解决了医疗设备新购进1年期内设备存在的相关问题,新购进医疗设备的安全使用率和完好率均达到预期管理目标。结论:提供对供应商再评价及新购进医疗设备问题进行总结分析,实施医疗设备供应商再评价可加强新购进医疗设备使用初期供应商、使用科室与医疗设备管理部门之间的协调作用,能够提高医疗设备的管理水平,强化医疗设备的质量管理和使用管理。Objective： To explore the re-evaluation method of medical equipment supplier, to make the standardlization of medical equipment management in hospital and promote effective and rational application of medical equipment. Methods： We selected the newly-purchased medical equipment within a year, which the price was more than 100 thousand yuan. According to the characteristics of the PDCA management method and the supplier evaluation, we formulated re-evaluation rules of suppliers and established evaluation method of the newly-purchased medical equipment suppliers. Results： Through the practice, the evaluation method of newly-purchased medical equipment suppliers and evaluation rules have been implemented effectively, finding and solving the problems of the newly-purchased medical equipment within the first year effectively. Conclusion： Through the supplier re-evaluation and the analysis of the problems of newly-purchased medical equipment, the method strengthened the coordination among the equipment supplier, the department using equipment and the equipment management department, which improving the management level of medical equipment and strengthening the quality management and application management of the medical equipment.
