摘 要:对湖北省2个甘薯主产区内3个甘薯主栽品种,共计39份样本甘薯病毒病采用硝酸纤维膜酶联免疫检测法(NCM-ELISA)检测。结果表明,39份测试甘薯样本中,1个样本感染了甘薯退绿病毒(SPCFV),检出率为2.56%;18个样本感染了甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFMV),检出率为46.15%;4个样本感染了甘薯潜隐病毒(SPLV),检出率为10.26%;1个样本感染了甘薯G病毒(SPVG),检出率为2.56%。3个主栽甘薯品种中,鄂薯6号病毒检出率最高,为66.67%;其次为徐薯22,病毒检出率为45.45%;福薯18的病毒检出率为43.75%。不同产地甘薯主栽品种带毒状况调查表明,鄂州主产区病毒病种类最多,病毒检出率最高。在5种受测目标病毒中,SPFMV的发生和危害最为严重,其单个采样点的样本感染率最高为52.12%;其次为SPLV,单个采样点的样本感染率为20.00%。2个主产区检测样品均未检测到甘薯退绿矮化病毒(SPCSV),但并不意味SPCSV在2个主产区没有发生,因此有待进一步大范围调查验证。Thirty-nine samples of three sweetpotato cultivars collected from two major producing areas in Hubei province were tested by NCM-ELISA method. The results showed that among all the samples, one sample infected SPCFV and the other one infected SPVG, disease detection rate of them was 2.56%, respectively; Eighteen samples infected SPFMV, detection rate was 46.15%; Four samples infected SPLV, detection rate was 10.26%. Eshu No.6 got the highest detection rate, which was 66.67%; The detection rate of Xushu No.22 and Fushu No.18 was 45.45% and 43.75%, respectively. The sanitary state investigation showed the cultivars in Ezhou infected more kinds of virus diseases than in Wuhan. Among all the tested virus diseases, SPFMV was the most popular kind of disease,sample infection rate in one collection area was 52.12%; The following virus disease was SPLV,sample infection rate in one collection area was 20.00%. Neither of the two areas ' detected sample had found SPCSV,but it wasn't meaned that SPCSV didn't happen in two areas, so we need further large-scale survey.
