摘　　要：以嘉源制衣厂为例,对其生产物流流程进行分析,针对其生产的服装产品,运用eM-Plant软件构建仿真模型,对生产物流系统进行动态仿真,依据仿真结果分析生产物流系统存在的问题,根据实际情况调整生产的工序,比较和分析仿真结果,提出生产新产品的优化方案,使生产物流系统工序分配合理化。In this paper, we analyzed the production logistics process of the Jiayuan Garment Manufacturing Factory and then in view of the garments produced therein, used the eM-Plant software to dynamically simulate the production logistics system of the factory. Next according to the simulation result, we analyzed the problems existing in the production logistics system, adjusted the production sequences in view of the practical situation of the factory, studied and compared the state of the system before and after the adjustment and at the end, proposed the optimization solution for the production of new products.
