高等学校物流管理本科专业综合改革探究——以安徽大学“11491”模式为例

摘　　要：物流业作为基础性、战略性产业,发展步入需求平稳增长、结构不断优化、运行效率提升的"新常态",物流市场新业态、新动向、转型升级对人才培养提出新的要求,迫切需要深化专业综合改革。以省级综合改革试点专业—安徽大学物流管理专业"11491"模式为例,明确物流专业综合改革目标和思路,探索物流管理专业综合改革途径及成效,总结推广改革经验,并提出未来努力方向。As a fundamental and strategic industry, the logistics industry has entered the ＂new normal＂ as characterized by stable growth, constant structural optimization and increasingly higher operational efficiency. The new situation, dynamics, transformation and upgrading of the logistics market has placed new requirement on the cultivation of the logistics talents, which urgently calls for the comprehensive reform of the logistics management specialty. In this paper, with the ＂11491＂ mode of the logistics management specialty of Anhui University as the example, we clarified the target and line of thinking for the comprehensive reform of the specialty, explored the specific path and effect of the reform, summarized the experience worthy of promotion and proposed the direction for future efforts.
