摘 要:以2015年福建省农业科学院水稻研究所在连城、福州、沙县3个点种植的10个早籼稻品种为材料,对不同种植点稻米的主要米质性状进行比较分析。结果表明:10个早籼稻品种的糙米率、透明度、碱消值、直链淀粉含量和胶稠度相对稳定且差异较小,整精米率和垩白度受外界环境影响较大且差异较显著。在3个种植点中,连城点的整精米率显著高出福州点和沙县点,而垩白度显著低于其它2个点,表现出较好的稻米品质。Main rice quality properties of 10 early indica rice varieties from three different planting sites including Lianeheng, Fuzhou and Shaxian in 2015 were compared and analyzed. The results showed that in these varieties, brown rice rate, transparency, alkali value, amylose content and gel consistency in these planting sites were relatively stable and had a smaller difference, but head milled rice rate and chalkiness were largely influenced by the external environment and exhibited a remarkable difference. Among three planting sites, head milled rice rate of these varieties in Liancheng site was significantly higher than that in Fuzhou or Shaxian site, hut the chalkiness of Liancheng site was significantly lower than that in Fuzhou or Shaxian site, showing better rice quality in Liancheng site.
