摘  要:为了分析我国通信贸易的竞争力,基于2005~2014年我国通信服务贸易进出口数据,对中国通信服务贸易的出口市场占有率、贸易竞争优势指数以及显示性比较优势指数这三个指标进行计算,并结合美国、德国和印度三个国家的情况进行对比,发现目前我国通信服务的市场占有率较低、竞争力较弱,提出我国通信企业可以通过"一带一路"战略拓展新兴市场,加强国际合作提升服务质量,加大人才培养提高服务创新能力等措施来提高我国服务贸易的竞争力。In order to analyze the competitiveness of China's telecomrnunication service trade, based on the import and export data of China's telecommunication service trade from 2005 to 2014, the Export Market Share, Revealed Comparative Advantage Index and Revealed Comparative Advantage Index of China's telecommunication service trade were calculated in this paper. Comparing China's competitiveness of telecommunications service trade in the intenaational market with the data of United States, Germany and India, it could be found that the current rnarket share of China's teleconnnunication service trade is low, the competitiveness is weak. It was proposed that China's communication companies can develop new market by "the Belt and Road Initiatives", improve service quality by strengthening international cooperation, enhance service innovation by increasing personnel training and take other measures to improve the competitiveness of China's service trade.
