摘　　要：为了研究VoLTE无线网规划指标及实现方案,首先分析了VoLTE的基本特性及对网络的要求,提出连续覆盖是保证VoLTE业务性能的基本要求,随后基于保证VoLTE业务性能所需要的规划指标进行了理论与现网数据的分析,确定了规划指标要求,最后,对提升VoLTE业务性能的建设方案和软件功能进行了分析,并提出了应用建议。In order to investigating VoLTE wireless network planning metrics and implementation scheme, the basic characteristics and the requirements of VoLTE were analyzed firstly with the conclusion that the continuous coverage is thc premise to guarantee VoLTE service performance. Then, the theoretical and existing network data analyses were carried out based on the planning metrics to guarantee VoLTE service performance, and the planning metrics specifications were confirmed. Finally, the construction scheme and the software function were analyzed with aim to enhance VoLTE performance, and the application recommendation was presented.
