摘　　要：随着电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)技术的不断发展,超高端CT的出现,CT心脏成像已成为一种理想的无创心脏和冠脉疾病诊断工具。本文从CT心脏成像技术的空间分辨率、时间分辨率、低剂量辐射和心电门控等关键技术方面对其进行详细探讨,并呈现其在冠脉病变诊断、心肌灌注检查、冠状动脉粥样硬化检测和早期预防等方面的临床应用,最后阐述了现阶段超高端CT心脏成像的技术特点。With the continuous development of computed tomography technology and the appearance of ultra premium computed tomography （CT）, cardiac computed tomography imaging has become a perfect noninvasive tool for diagnosing the coronary and cardiac disease. The key technology of cardiac computed tomography image, including spatial resolution, temporal resolution, low doses of radiation and electrocardiogram-gating, was investigated detailedly. Moreover, this paper presents the clinical applications of cardiac computed tomography imaging in diagnosis of coronary artery lesions, myoeardial perfusion and coronary atherosclerosis. Finally, the technical characteristics of ultra premium CT were elaborated.
