结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验在结核诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:评价结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验对结核诊断的有效性及实用性。方法:回顾性研究2013年5月-2014年12月笔者所在医院行结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验患者256例,分为结核感染组和非结核感染组,计算结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验的一致百分率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,并绘制ROC曲线,计算曲线下面积。结果:结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验的一致百分率为93.75%,灵敏度95.88%,特异度53.85%,阳性预测值97.49%,阴性预测值41.18%,ROC曲线下面积为0.749,P=0.00。结论:结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验对结核感染的诊断有效性较高。Objective： To evaluate the validity and practicability of tuberculous infection T lymphoeytes spot test in the tuberculosis diagnosis.Methed： 256 cases of tuberculous infection T lymphoeytas spot tests were retrospectively studied from May 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital.They were divided into tuberculosis infection group and non tuberculosis group.The tuberculosis consistent percentage of tuberculous infection T lymphocyte spot test, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were calculated.The ROC curve was drew, the area under the curve was calculated.Result： The tuberculous infection T lymphocytes spot test consistent percentage was 93.75%, the sensitivity 95.88%, the specificity 53.85%, the positive predictive value was 97.49%, the negative predictive value was 41.18%, the area under the ROC curve was 0.749, P=0.00.Conclusion： Tuberculous infection T lymphocytes spot test validity to the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection is higher.
