团队合作模式提高非糖尿病专科胰岛素用药安全的实践

摘　　要：目的:通过团队合作模式提高非糖尿病专科护士对胰岛素知识的认知度,降低胰岛素用药错误的发生。方法:糖尿病护理专科小组联合护理部、宣传部通过高危药品6S管理、糖尿病专科护理小组培训、制作胰岛素图片及规范注射流程图、建立糖尿病专科护理小组QQ群及微信群等多种方法进行胰岛素用药的安全管理。结果:实施后非糖尿病专科护士的胰岛素知识水平较实施前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),胰岛素用药错误由实施前5例降至实施后的0例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团队合作模式能提高非糖尿病专科胰岛素用药安全。Objective： To increase the non-diabetes specialist nurses＇ understanding degree of insulin, and to reduce the occurrence of insulin medication errors via team cooperation mode.Method： A diabetes specialist nurse team together with the nursing department and managing the insulin medication safety through high-risk drug 6S management by propaganda department, diabetes specialist care team training, designing insulin pictures and specification injection flow chart, establishing QQ and WeChat group for diabetes specialist care team were used in insulin medication security management.Result： Post- implementation the non-diabetes specialist nurses＇ understanding degree of insulin knowledge was significantly higher than pre-implementation, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, and the occuranee of insulin medication errors events dropped from five to zero after the application of insulin management measures.Conclusion： Team cooperation mode can improve the non-diabetic specialist insulin medication safety.
