摘  要:采用EDEM软件分析粉末在复杂零件型腔内的充型流动,为粉末冶金零件模具设计和装粉工艺参数优化提供数据。建立了离散元模型,在EDEM中进行齿轮模具中粉末流动分析的参数设置、模拟计算,并讨论了模具型腔径向与轴向尺寸对粉末填充压力的影响。结果显示,在径向方向,距离齿轮轴心越远,颗粒间压力越小,在轴向方向,随着轴向尺寸增大,颗粒间压力呈递减趋势。The software EDEM was used to analyze the filling flow of powders in complex part's cavity. It could provide optimized data for powders metallurgy mould design and fill powders process parameters optimization. A discrete element model was established, simulation parameters of powders flow in the gear mould cavity were set in EDEM; and the models were simulated and calculated. The influences of longitudinal and horizontal size on the filling pressure of powder were discussed. The results showed that the pressure between powders particles with away from the axis of the gear was smaller than that in axis, the pressure with axial direction was decreased along with increasing its height.
