摘　　要：通过对车型削笔器薄壁壳体进行工艺分析,介绍了其注射模的设计,确定了型腔与分型面及浇注系统,模具采用一级脱模结构圆形推杆来推动塑件,利用配合间隙排气。实践证明,模具结构合理,各个系统配合良好,成型的塑件达到使用要求。Based on the process analysis on a thin-wall models sharpener, an injection mould was presented. The cavity, parting line and feeding system were determined, and the circular ejector pin was used to push the plastic, and the fitting clearance was used to exhaust gas. Practice proved that the mould structure was reasonable, and each system was matched well, the plastic parts could meet the use requirements.
