摘  要:采用直径?0.1 mm的电极丝对慢走丝电火花多次切割加工铜钨合金窄缝进行了研究,试验探索了3次切割的去除量。在多次切割中确定每次切割的偏移量,以切割出符合尺寸精度、表面质量要求的窄缝。运用试验得到的结果,在厚度为6 mm的铜钨合金(W70%)电极板上可切割出宽度(140±2)μm、表面粗糙度值为Ra0.37μm的窄缝。The research that narrow slit multi-cutting in the copper-tungsten alloy by WEDM-LS with Ф0.1 mm Cu-wire was carried out. In the experiment, the removal amount of each cutting in the total three cutting was figured out. Based on the experiment, the offset value of each cutting In the multi-cutting could be confirmed so that the narrow slit cutting could meet the requirement of dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The narrow slit width was (140±2)μm, surface roughness was Ra0.37 μm, which was cut in the thickness 6 mm of copper-tungsten alloy (W70%).
