摘 要:为开辟建筑垃圾废砖块再生利用新途径,将建筑垃圾废砖块磨细并与其他工业废渣、激发剂复合形成建筑垃圾复合粉体材料。文章通过正交试验对掺建筑垃圾复合粉体材料的C30混凝土坍落度及力学性能进行研究,分析建筑垃圾复合粉体材料掺量对混凝土抗渗性能的影响;借助热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和压汞试验,对掺建筑垃圾复合粉体材料C30混凝土微观结构进行分析,研究该粉体材料对混凝土强度及抗渗性能改善的微观机理。结果表明:建筑垃圾复合粉体材料掺量和水灰比对混凝土坍落度及力学性能影响较大,合适掺量的该粉体材料可提高混凝土的强度和抗渗性能,最佳掺量为30%;建筑垃圾复合粉体材料改善了混凝土水化产物组成和内部孔结构,从而提高了混凝土强度及抗渗性能。Regeneration composite powder material consists of milled waste bricks, industrial residues and activator, which provides a new way for regeneration utilization of waste bricks. Based on the or- thogonal experiment, the slump and mechanical properties of C30 concrete constructed with regenera- tion composite powder material were studied, and the influence of regeneration composite powder dos- age on the anti-penetrability performance of the C30 concrete was analyzed. The micro-structures of the C30 concrete were also studied by using thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG- DSC), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP), and the im- provement mechanism of regeneration composite powder to concrete strength and anti-penetrability performance was analyzed. The results showed that regeneration composite powder dosage and water cement ratio had large impact on concrete slump and mechanical properties; regeneration composite powder could improve concrete strength and anti-penetrability performance by perfecting hydration products composition and concrete pore structures, and its optimal dosage was 30%.
