摘 要:研究了不同方法制备石墨烯和以六甲基二硅氮烷改性石墨烯对室温硫化硅橡胶力学性能的影响,并通过热空气老化试验和热失重分析(TGA)2种方法对改性石墨烯制备的室温硫化硅橡胶的耐高温性能进行了研究。结果表明,使用物理法制备的石墨烯复合室温硫化硅橡胶具有较好的导电性能,而氧化还原法制备石墨烯复合硅橡胶具有较高的力学性能。氧化还原法石墨烯表面经过六甲基二硅氮烷改性后,制备的室温硫化硅橡胶的力学性能得到提高,当加入量为1质量份时,就对室温硫化硅橡胶产生了良好的补强效果,并能大幅度提高室温硫化硅橡胶的抗热氧老化性能和热分解温度。The effect of different graphene prepared with different methods and modified by hexamethyl disilazane (HMDS) on the mechanical properties of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV-SR) were investigated.The heat resisting properties of the silicone rubber/graphene composites (SR/G) were also studied by hot air aging test and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). By the properties comparison of SR/G composites with graphene produced by physical or chemical (oxidization-reduction) methods, it is concluded that the former one presents a higher electrical conductivity, while the later one has better mechanical properties. Surface modification of chemically synthesized graphene with HMDS may further increase the mechanical properties of the RTV-SR/graphene composite.With the content of lphr modified grapheme, the good reinforcing effect of RTV-SR is obtained, and the anti-thermal oxidative aging properties and thermal degradation temperature of RTV-SR can be significantly increased.
