摘  要:采用原位还原法,通过强还原剂水合肼将氧化石墨烯/聚苯乙烯(GO/PSt)复合乳液中氧化石墨烯还原成还原氧化石墨烯片层,制备得到还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯乙烯复合乳液(rGO/PSt)。红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)表征结果表明rGO/PSt复合乳液的成功制备。透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征其微观结构,微观条件下rGO吸附或包裹在PSt表面;通过热重(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征可知rGO/PSt复合物的热性能得到一定程度的改善。The Pickering emulsion polymerization method was used to synthesis the graphene oxide/polystyrene nanocomposite emulsion which acts as the basis to fabricate the reduced graphene oxide/polystyrene (rGO/PSt) composite emulsion through in situ reduction method with hydrazine hydrate as the reductant. The results of the FTIR, XRD, and Raman characterization showed that the rGO/PSt composite emulsion was synthetized successfully . The TEM and SEM characterization demonstrated that the rGO was absorbed at the surface of PSt or wraped PSt microspheres. Furthermore, rGO/PSt nanocomposite displayed improved thermal stability in comparison to pure PSt. The Tg decreasing phenomenon of rGO/PSt nanocomposites can be attributed to the introduction of GO which acted as the plasticizer in the composites. The TG and DSC results indicated that the thermal property ofrGO/PSt composite emulsion was improved to some extent.
