摘  要:通过对国内外多个品牌硅酮结构密封胶进行的自然老化试验研究,定期跟踪检测实际应用环境老化后的力学性能。结果表明,不同品牌的产品之间之质量水平及自然老化性能存在较大差异,经过3 a左右的自然老化,国内外不同品牌的质保10 a的硅酮结构密封胶之力学性能均有明显衰减;质保25 a硅酮结构密封胶的力学性能基本稳定,具有优异的耐久稳定性。The natural ageing properties of the various brand structural silicone sealants at home and abroad were studied, the mechanical properties after aging under the actual application environments were regularly determined by tracking. The results show that the difference of the quality level and natural aging performance of the different brand products is significant; after natural aging for three years, the mechanical performance of the structural silicone sealants with quality assurance for 10 years at home and abroad has obvious attenuation, and the mechanical performance of the structural silicone sealant with quality assurance for 25 years is basically stable and has excellent durable stability.
