摘 要:设计了一套成形台式电脑机箱主板的多工位级进模,为提高材料利用率,在模具上采用套冲设计,在主产品的设计废料区套冲一个副产品,使材料利用率提高11.6%。在套冲设计上,选取主产品与副产品之间不变形的边作为载体,条料带动主产品和副产品同步运动,较好地解决了主产品与副产品之间的协调问题。整套模具分为6个工步,针对每个工步冲压成形内容较多的问题,在排样设计时合理安排各工步成形内容,使产品在各工步基本达到均匀成形,模具镶件和冲压载荷基本均匀分布。研究表明,当多工位级进模生产产品的废料够多时,可在设计废料区域套冲另外一个工件,可显著提高材料的利用率。A set of multi-position progressive die to produce desktop computer case was designed. In order to improve the utilization ratio of material,the ferrule punching design was adopted. An additional product was ferrule punched on the waste area of the main product material to improve the material utilization ratio by 11. 6%. The non-deforming edges between the main product and the additional product were designed as the carrier,which led to synchronous movement of the additional product and the main product by strips,and the problem on coordinating the main product with the additional product was solved. The set of die was divided into six working steps,and the content of each step was arranged reasonably in the layout design based on the problem that each working step involved much content of punching forming to make the product form uniformly at each working step. Furthermore,the die inserts and punching loads were uniformly distributed. The research result shows that when the waste area of material of product is large enough,an additional product can be ferrule punched on the designed waste materials by multi-position progressive die which improves the material utilization ratio greatly.
