摘  要:板料充分拉深是保证车身外板零件面品质量良好的重要条件,可通过研究板料的拉深性能来评价车身覆盖件的拉深充分性。针对不同厂商提供的6016铝板进行多组拉深试验,并基于拉深试验结果建立了高精度的有限元分析模型,验证了有限元方法模拟铝板拉深过程的可行性及可靠性,研究了材料、工艺及模具等主要参数对6016铝板拉深性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:6016铝板的拉深性能与材料力学参数n值、坯料厚径比t/D和凹模圆角半径成正相关,与压边力和摩擦系数呈负相关。基于有限元方法确定了4组6016铝板的极限拉深比LDR值,可用于指导实际拉深工艺的制定,提高生产效率。To draw a sheet fully is an important premise of a good quality on automotive body surface,which can be valued by the drawing performance of sheet. Several drawing tests of aluminum sheet 6016 from different suppliers were conducted,and a finite element model(FEM) with high precision was built based on the experiment results. Then,the feasibility and reliability of the simulation results were validated,and the influences of major process parameters,such as material,process and die on the drawing properties of aluminum sheet6016 were studied. The results show that the aluminum sheet drawing performance has a positive correlation with the material parameter n-value,ratio of thickness to diameter t/D and die radius,while a negative correlation with the blank hold force and friction factor. The limited drawing ratio(LDR) of four groups are determined by FEM to design the drawing process and enhance production efficiency.
