摘 要:结合生产实际,以5种不同的集聚区牵伸倍数,在TH588J毛纺细纱机上分别纺制15.6和29.4 tex毛纱,研究成纱毛羽、条干及强伸性能,分析不同集聚区牵伸倍数对毛纱质量的影响。实践表明,集聚区牵伸倍数为0.94时,15.6和29.4 tex毛纱质量最好,说明集聚区牵伸倍数趋近临界牵伸倍数时,成纱强伸性能好,条干CV值低,且毛羽、细粗节和毛羽较少。Effect of wool compact draft multiple on the performance of the formed yarn was discussed. Based on the production practice,15. 6 and 29. 4 tex of wool yarn have been spun with five different wool compact drafts ratio on TH588 J wool spinning frame. The performances of the formed yarns including hairiness,evenness and stretch were studied of wool yarn,and the effect of the different compact draft multiple on the quality of wool yarn. Practice proves that when the compact draft multiple is0. 94,the formed yarn of 15. 6 and 29. 4 tex yarn stretch is the best. The strong stretching performance,CV value of yarn evenness,details and slub and neps and hairiness of the formed yarn be minimized when the compact draft is near the critical draft.
