摘　　要：针对传统工业现场测试系统的测试精度较低、数据传输距离短、现场布线冗余、多种总线不兼容等缺点,文中提出了一种基于以太网的自动测试系统。以MINI2440和PC机为核心,对振动信号进行采集与处理,通过以太网进行传输,将数据传送至PC端,在PC端搭建LabVIEW图形化处理界面对数据进行分析和显示,并以重力加速度实验采集正反加速度数据,进行误差分析来验证系统的可靠性。经多次实验数据分析,该自动测试系统精度约可达0.3%,实验证明该系统精度高、稳定性好,适用于大多数的工业生产领域检测应用。Accuracy for the traditional industrial field test system is not high, short-distance data transmission, redundant field wiring, A variety of bus are not compatible, paper describes the automatic test system based on Ether- net. In mini2440 and PC as the core, the vibration signal of acquisition and processing, transmission via Ethernet, data transfer to PC, build in PC Labview graphical processing interface for data analysis and display, and gravitation- al acceleration experiment collected positive and negative acceleration data, error analysis to verify the reliability of the system. The accuracy of the automatic test system is up to 0.3% by several experimental data analysis. The ex- periment results show that the system has high accuracy and stability, and can be used in most of the industrial pro- duction field.
