摘  要:化学需氧量(C0D)是评价水体污染程度的一项综合性指标,是水质监测的重要参数。文中针对传统的COD检测方法效率低、精度低、滴定终点不易判断等不足,研究出了基于ORP原理的COD自动检测装置。该装置以STM32F103ZET6和PC机为核心,以步进电机为传动装置,较好地完成COD浓度的准确实时检测,弥补了传统测量方法的不足。经实验证明,该方法具有测量效率高、准确性高等优点,在工业废水检测领域具有广泛的应用前景。Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is a comprehensive index to evaluate the degree of water pollution. It is an important water quality parameter of water quality monitoring. According to the traditional COD detection method is of low efficiency, low precision, difficult judgment of titration end point defects of the COD automatic de- tection device based on the principle of ORP. The device with STM32F103ZET6 and PC as the core, the stepper mo- tor as the driving device, it is good to complete the COD concentration of accurate real - time detection, to make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods of measurement. The experiment proved that this method has high measur- ing efficiency and accuracy, and has wide application prospect in the field of industrial wastewater detection.
