摘 要:针对海上转载多级带式输送机在运行过程中出现的重载、空载等速度不协调带来的物料堆积与能源浪费问题,设计了一种多级带式输送机速度自适应比例积分微分(PID)控制系统,将自适应控制理论与PID控制技术相结合,具有自动辨识被控过程参数、自动整定控制器参数、自动适应被控过程参数变化等功能,实现了多级带式输送机的速度自适应,达到了有料高速、无料低速、上下级速度自适应的要求。Aiming at the issues of material accumulation and energy waste caused by the unequal speed of heavy load and no load during the operation of maritime barge multi-stage belt conveyer, a speed- adaptive proportional plus integral plus derivative (PID) control system for multi-stage belt conveyor was designed to combine adaptive control theory with PID control technology. It has the functions of automatic identification of controlled process parameters, automatic tuning of controller parameters and automatic adaptation of parametric variation during controlled process. So that the speed self-adaptation of muki-stage belt conveyer is realized that may meet the requirements of high-speed for full load, low-speed for no load and high/low speed self-adaptation.
