摘 要:双馈风电机组的解耦控制决定了其输出的有功功率无法响应电网的频率变化,当风电的渗透率不断升高时,电网的调频压力不断增大。当风电作为一种新的调频电源并入电网时,为使其更好地为电网调频服务,提出一种基于可变系数的双馈风电机组与同步发电机协调一次调频策略。在不同的运行模式下,定义并整定了双馈风电机组的可变调差系数,使其可以根据当前备用容量决定其调频出力深度;兼顾风电机组的调频备用与经济性,在频率偏差允许范围内通过协调双馈风电机组与同步发电机的调频出力,实现了既能减轻同步发电机的调频压力,又能间接减少风电机组弃风量的双重目标。仿真结果表明,所提出的调频策略可使风电机组的储备功率更加充分地参与调频,有效减轻同步发电机的调频压力。The decoupling control of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)based wind turbine determines that its active power output has no way to respond to frequency changes of the power grid.When the wind power penetration continues to rise,the frequency modulation pressure of power grid will also increase.In order to make wind power better serve grid frequency modulation when it is incorporated into the power grid as a new frequency modulation power source,a coordinated primary frequency modulation strategy between DFIG-based wind turbine and synchronous generator is proposed based on variable coefficient.The variable coefficient of DFIG-based wind turbine is defined and set in different operating modes,so that it can determine the frequency modulation output according to the current spare capacity.By coordinating the frequency modulation output between DFIG-based wind turbine and synchronous generator,the dual goal of reducing the frequency adjustment pressure of synchronous generator and the amount of abandoned wind can be realized to keep frequency deviation within the allowable range.Simulation results show that the frequency modulation strategy presented can make the reserved active power of DFIG-based wind turbine participate in frequency regulation more fully while effectively reducing the pressure of power grid to a great extent.
