摘  要:采用旋流微泡浮选柱与浮选机对湖南某隐晶质石墨进行了浮选对比试验。试验结果表明:该隐晶质石墨经浮选机和浮选柱1次分选,精矿产率高,但品位不高,旋流微泡浮选柱分选效果优于浮选机。采用1粗多精开路流程,精矿品位明显提高,在精矿品位相当的情况下,旋流微泡浮选柱的精矿产率和固定碳回收率远高于浮选机且流程短。The flotation experiments of microcrystalline graphite by cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column and flotator were conducted. The experimental results showed that mieroerystalline graphite was separated by flotation machine and flotation column, the concentrate yield was high while the grade was not high and the separation performance of cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column was better than that of the flotation machine. The concentrate grade was obviously improved using the open circuit process of single-stage roughing and multi-stage cleanings. The concentrate yield and fixed carbon recovery of the cyclonic micro-bubble flotation eolumn were much higher than that of the flotation machine in the ease of equivalent concentrate grade. Besides, the process of the cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column was much shorter.
