摘  要:为分析煤中黏土矿物对煤炭运输设备冻黏强度的影响,选取不同矿的3种煤,通过XRD检测3种煤所含的主要黏土矿物分别为蒙脱石、绿脱石和伊利石,配制3种煤的精煤和在其基础上添加各自不同含量黏土矿物的煤样,以及同一种煤的精煤和在其基础上添加3种不同种类黏土矿物的煤样,应用研制的冻黏强度测试装置测试各煤样在常见基体Q235材料上的冻黏强度,结果表明:相比3种煤的精煤煤样,添加10%黏土矿物的3种煤煤样冻黏强度分别增加25.0%、22.1%、11.0%,添加20%黏土矿物的3种煤煤样冻黏强度分别增加47.4%、36.2%、24.4%,当添加黏土含量大于20%~30%时,3种煤的冻黏强度基本都不再增加;对于同一种煤,在其冻黏强度随黏土含量增加阶段,添加等量蒙脱石、绿脱石,煤样的冻黏强度增幅程度高于添加伊利石的煤样。煤中黏土矿物可增强煤的亲水性,使煤冻黏强度在一定范围内随黏土含量增高而增加;蒙脱石、绿脱石的亲水性高于伊利石,对煤冻黏强度影响更大。To investigate the influence of clay mineral on freezing adhesive strength, the clay minerals of three kinds of coals were tested by XRD, which were montmorillonite, nontronite and illite ilerite. The flotation concentrate coal samples and coal samples added different content respective clay mineral of three kinds of coals were prepared, and the flotation concentrate coal sample and coal samples added different kinds of clay mineral of one coal sample were also prepared. The freezing adhesive strength of coal samples on Q235 matrix material were tested by the freezing adhesive strength test device. According to result, compared to the flotation concentrates coal samples, the freezing adhesive strength of the coal samples added 10% clay mineral increased by 25.0%, 22.1%, 11.0%, and that of the coal samples added 20% clay mineral increased by 47.4%, 36.2%, 24.4%. When more 20%-30% clay mineral was added, the freezing adhesive strength did not increased almostly. For one kind of coal, in the stage of freezing adhesive strength increasing, the increase amplitude of the coal samples added montmorillonite and coal samples added nontronite was higher than that of coal samples added illite ilerite. The hydrophilicity of coal was increased because of the clay mineral. To some extent, freezing adhesive strength increased as the clay mineral content increased. The hydrophilicity of montmorillonite and nontronite was higher than that of illite ilerite, so montmorillonite and nontronite had a greater influence on coal freezing adhesive strength.
