摘  要:为解决天然膨润土固液分离难的问题,用活性炭作为致孔剂对天然膨润土(RB)进行改性,同时加入黏结剂Al Cl3,制成球状成型膨润土(GMB)。将GMB用于结晶紫(CV)染料的动态吸附,研究流速、GMB填充柱高度及初始CV质量浓度对动态吸附的影响,并计算了GMB的粉化率。研究发现:CV流速及初始质量浓度增加,会使穿透时间缩短,去除率下降;而增加GMB吸附柱填充高度,可以使穿透时间延长且染料去除率得到提升。同时,所制备的GMB结构稳定性较好,11 h动态吸附实验后,粉化率仅为0.1%。结果表明,所制备的GMB结构稳定、抗粉化、易分离回收,是一种具有良好应用前景的吸附剂。In order to solve the solid-liquid separation problem of raw bentonite (RB) powder in adsorption application, the globular molding bentonite (GMB) was prepared using AICI~ and active carbon as binder and porogen respectively in this study. The dynamic adsorption performance of the as-prepared bentonite was investigated including pulverization rate of GMB and the effects of different flow velocity, initial dye concentration and the packed column height. The results indicated that the breakthrough time was shortened and the corresponding CV removal rate decreased with the increase of the flow velocity and initial dye concentration. On the contrary, the breakthrough time was shortened and CV removal rate increased with the increase of the packed column height. In addition, the GMB pulverization rate was only 0.1% after dynamic adsorption experiment confirming its excellent stability and solid-liquild separation ability. In all, this study showed that GMB is a potentially useful adsorbent for environmental application.
