摘 要:在介绍基于DAST晶体产生THz辐射的原理和方法的基础上,综合分析了光学差频法和光整流法的特点与优势,对THz辐射性能进行了对比分析,发现通过光学差频法可以在理论上产生可调谐窄带THz波(调谐范围>20THz)的输出,但是转换效率和辐射能量都比较低;通过光学整流法可以产生超快宽带THz脉冲的输出,其转换效率高,但不能获取单一频率的THz波。Based on the principles and methods of THz radiation which was produced from DAST crystal, the methods of optical difference frequency (DFG) and optical rectification (OR) were analyzed compre- hensively. The properties of THz radiation by these two methods were compared and found that narrow- band THz radiation (tuning range 〉20 THz) could be generated using DFG method, yielding a lower con- version efficiency and radiation power. Furthermore, ultrafast broadband THz could be achieved by OR method with higher conversion efficiency, but the frequency of generated THz is no single.
