摘　　要：首次将配备催化燃烧热阻检测器的气相色谱用于评价草酸二甲酯合成催化剂,通过优化色谱柱、分离条件、载气流速、补充空气量等条件,建立了同时评价CO、草酸二甲酯、亚硝酸甲酯、甲醇、碳酸二甲酯等有机和无机组分的分析方法,检出能力完全满足催化剂评价的需求。该仪器获得的测试结果与常规热导和氢焰检测器的结果吻合,说明该检测器完全可以取代热导和氢焰检测器用于催化剂评价,从而大幅提高检测效率。The gas chromatography with catalyzed combustion thermal resistance detector（CCTRD） was firstly applied to screening of catalysts for synthesis of dimethyl oxalate. Through optimization of the chromatographic column, the separation condition, flow rate of carrier gas, combustion gas and so on,a method for determination of CO, dimethyl oxalate, methyl nitrite, methyl alcohol and dimethyl carbonate were developed, which was suitable for catalyst evaluation. Furthermore, the results obtained by CCTRD were similar with those obtained by thermal conductivity detector （TCD） and flame ionization detection （FID）, which indicated that the newly proposed method could greatly improve the screening efficiency of catalysts and replace current TCD＋FID mode.
