摘　　要：在动车组转向架焊接制造过程中,焊接工艺评定是强制性执行条款,因此,对于动车组转向架焊接工作者来说,焊接工艺评定工作具有重要意义。以CRH3型车和CRH5型车动车组转向架构架为例,结合EN 15085体系相关标准,分析和讨论动车组转向架构架焊接工艺评定的目的、意义和一般程序,以及焊接工艺评定的注意事项和评定过程中一些争议问题的解释,结合实际对动车组转向架构架焊接工艺评定给出一些意见和建议。In the EMU bogie welding manufacturing process, the welding procedure qualification is compulsory execution terms, therefore,to EMU bogie welding worker,welding technology evaluation work has the universal significance. Takes CRH5 and CRH3 emu bogie frame,for example,combined with the related standard EN 15085 system,this paper analyzes and discusses EMU bogie frame welding technology evaluation purpose, significance and general procedure, and welding technology assessment and evaluation of the matters needing attention in the process of the explanation of some debate ,finally,gives some opinions and suggestions combining with actual EMU bogie frame of welding procedure qualification.
