摘 要:通过理论分析得出润滑油流量随着主动轴角速度增加而增大,可以在主动轴上安装角速度传感器,通过控制器调节流量阀实现润滑油流量随主动轴角速度动态变化。同时分析了润滑油流量对带排扭矩的影响,结果表明,带排扭矩与润滑油流量成二次函数关系,在加载初始,可以通过控制润滑油的流量实现液黏测功机小功率加载。Through theoretic analysis, it's concluded that the lubricating oil flow increases with the increase of the angular velocity of the driving shaft. It's proposed that an angular velocity sensor be installed on the driving shaft to adjust the flow valve by controlling the controller to realize the dynamic change of lubricating oil flow with the angular velocity of the driving shaft. Furthermore, the effect of lubricating oil flow on the towing torque is analyzed. The result shows that there is a secondary function relation between the towing torque and lubricating oil flow. At the beginning of loading, lubricating oil flow is controlled to realize small-power loading of the hydroviscous dynamometer.
