摘　　要：介绍研制的25 t剪式矿石抓斗,并在青岛港10万t矿石码头进行了25 t门式起重机抓取铁矿粉实验,实验结果表明,堆场抓货满载率100%,下舱抓货满载率为96.7%,总体效果良好,但需要进一步进行结构改进以提高满载率。The paper introduces the 25 t shear-type ore grab and the test of grabbing iron ore fines with a 25 t portal crane at 100, 000 t ore wharf of Qingdao Port. The test result shows that the grabbing full-load rate on the storage yard is 100% , and that of the lower chamber is 96. 7% , resulting in excellent overall effect. But further structure improvement is required to improve the full-load rate.
