摘  要:山西某磷矿原矿P_2O_5品位为19.58%,SiO_2质量分数为32.56%,MgO质量分数为1.73%,属于高硅低镁型低品位胶磷矿,另外矿石中Fe_2O_3质量分数较高,达到了4.34%,而且嵌布粒度细,增加了矿石的分选难度。针对该矿石性质,采用正反浮选工艺,以新型药剂MG-2和MG-7分别作正、反浮选的捕收剂,正浮选采用一粗两精一扫的流程,反浮选采用一粗一扫的流程,取得了精矿P_2O_5品位28.19%、回收率81.14%、MgO质量分数0.73%、Fe_2O_3质量分数0.89%的闭路试验指标,实现了目的矿物与脉石的有效分离。A low grade phosphate ore from Shanxi with a P2O5 content of 19.41%, SiO2 content 32.56% and the content of MgO 1.73% belongs to high silicon and low magnesium collo- phane. In addition, the content of Fe2O3 is higher in the ore, reaching 4.34%, and the fine disseminated extent increases difficulty of separation of the ore. In light of the ore properties, the direct -reverse flotation process was employed, while new types of collectors called MG -2 and MG -7 were introduced in the direct and reverse flotation processes respectively. The direct flotation flow comprises one roughing, two cleanings and one scavenging , the reverse flotation flow consists of one roughing and one scav- enging. The concentrate produced can have P2O5 grade up to 28.19% with a recovery 81.14%,content of MgO 0.73% and content of Fe2O3 0.89%, and the effective separation of target minerals and gangues can be made.
