摘　　要：目的检测自身免疫性慢性荨麻疹(AIU)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的分布,探讨AIU的发病机制。方法采用流式细胞术检测AIU患者30例与正常对照组30例外周血B、T淋巴细胞及其亚群的构成比。结果与正常对照组相比,AIU患者外周血B淋巴细胞构成比下降[(11.95±3.73)%vs.(14.85±4.52)%,P<0.05];CD8^+T细胞构成比升高[(30.20±9.12)vs.(23.70±6.51)%,P<0.05],CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞比值降低[(1.10±0.42)vs.(1.48±0.49)%,P<0.05];T淋巴细胞和CD4^+T细胞构成比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 AIU患者B淋巴细胞和CD8^+T细胞构成比异常,CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞比例失衡,可能在AIU的发病中起作用。Objective To detect the ratio of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with autoimmune chronic urti- caria （ AIU ） , and to explore the immunology mechanism of AIU. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the constituent ratios of B lymphocyte, T lymphocyte and their subsets in peripheral blood of 30 AIU patients and 30 healthy controls. Results As compared with the control group, the ratio of CD8^＋ T lymphocyte subsets （ （30.20±9.12） vs. （ 23.70±6.51 ） % ） in the peripher- al blood of AIU patients increased {P〈0.05）, but the ratios of B lymphocyte（（11 .95±3.73） vs. （ 14.85±4.52）%） and CD4^＋/ CD8^＋ T lymphocyte subsets（ （1.10±0.42） vs. （1.48±0.49） %） decreased （P〈0.05）. No obvious changes were observed in the constituent ratios of T lymphocyte and CD4^＋ T lymphocyte subsets in the patients with AIU. Conclusions AIU patients ＇ abnor- mal constituent ratios of B lymphocyte and CD8^＋ T lymphocyte subsets and the imbalance of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ T lymphocyte subsets may play roles in the pathogenesis of AIU.
